We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall bb56ph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to bb56ph in the six (6) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you subject to verification and compliance with applicable withdrawal procedures and anti-money laundering requirements. bb56ph reserves the right to retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after account closure.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
